The Teodota and Ivan Klym Grants in Ukrainian Studies 2016-2017

The Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies is accepting proposals from students and scholars from the universities in Ukraine (particularly Chernivtsi National University) for junior and senior research grants, fellowships, scholarly publications, and conferences.

Holodomor Grants Competition 2017

The Holodomor Research and Education Consortium (HREC) announces its 2017 Research Grants Competition. Applications will be considered that focus on Holodomor research and publishing of research results, preservation of materials, and organization of and participation in academic venues (such as conference sessions and workshops dealing with the Holodomor). Grants for individuals will not exceed $6,000 Canadian. HREC is also accepting proposals for collaborative projects involving two or more individuals and/or institutions, in particular, for projects that engage both institutions and individuals in Ukraine and scholars outside Ukraine.

Collaborative grants may be awarded for a maximum of $15,000.
